Bass Lake Boat Launch

Bass Lake Boat LandingThe Department of Natural Resources owns approximately 2 acres of land on Bass Lake in the Town of Somerset. St. Croix County has a 20-year maintenance agreement for the site with the DNR which includes, a boat landing, two courtesy docks, and a parking lot with 17 stalls (one ADA).

Bass Lake's maximum lake depth is 35 feet. Species found in the lake include bluegill, walleye, crappie, northern pike and largemouth bass.

Park Passes

Annual park passes (valid January - December) are available at the following locations:

  • Purchase Online *both annual and daily passes available
  • Community Development Department - St. Croix County Government Center (Hudson)
  • Community Development Department - St. Croix County Ag Center (Baldwin)
  • Glen Hills Park & Homestead Parklands entrance buildings (Hours may vary)
  • Mobile Pay QR code signs located throughout the parks
