Child Protection Initial Assessment social workers receive and respond to reports of abuse or neglect of children, conduct initial and family assessments, and develop and implement protective and safety plans if necessary.
The Child Support Department is responsible for the location of absent parents, establishing a legal obligation for child support, adjudication of paternity for non-marital children, monitoring payment activities, enforcement of support obligations, and maintaining financial case records related to child support orders.
Provide efficient, effective and expeditious administration of justice and ensure equal access to court services.
Clerk of Courts
The Clerk of Court's office, through dedication and professionalism, shall strive for service excellence to the Circuit Court and general public of St. Croix County.
Community Justice Collaborating Council
The Community Justice Collaborating Council develops and coordinates the planning and implementation of initiatives and activities related to the criminal justice system.
The St. Croix County District Attorney represents the State of Wisconsin and the people of St. Croix County.
Emergency Support Services
Emergency Support Services is here to work with Local Municipalities, Businesses, Police, Fire and EMS, the Sheriff's Department and local residents to help our communities prepare for emergencies, manage emergencies and recover from emergencies.

Register in Probate
The Register in Probate office coordinates and manages the judicial duties and administrative functions of the probate court and the juvenile court.

The St. Croix County Treatment Court program is an intensive, multi-phased therapeutic specialty court for persons who are addicted to drugs and alcohol and are at substantial risk for reoffending or failing to complete a less intensive disposition, such as standard probation or pretrial supervision.
