The St. Croix County Child Support Agency is pleased to accept on-line credit payments through GovPayNet. Clients visiting our physical address to make a credit card payment will be directed to GovPayNet. For your convenience, we have a public computer available for making payments. If your only option is a cash payment, we can provide you with a payment coupon and direct you to the Treasurer's Office on the first floor to complete your transaction. Please note that cash payments made at the Treasurer's Office may take up to two weeks to post to your account. All personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders should be sent directly to the Trust at the address listed below.
The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families website outlines various alternate ways our clients can pay their child support obligation, including mailing payments, pay-by-phone, paying on-line, MoneyGram, and wage garnishment.
Our office also offers a Payment Methods for Payers packet with further information and instructions for making payments.
Important: It is your responsibility to ensure child support payments are received at the Wisconsin Trust Fund on time, even if you have a wage garnishment in place.
