This a State funded program that serves children who live at home with either a severe cognitive, physical or emotional disability. This funding can be used towards specific needs related to the child's disability.
An assessment will be conducted to further determine eligibility and the individual services needed.
An advisory committee reviews the needs and the request for a high cost Community Option Program funding. If you would be interested in participating in the advisory committee, please email Julie Krings or call her at 715-246-8238.
If you would like more information about this program, please call 715-246-8260.
