By calling the Behavioral Health Intake Line, you can receive information on the services we offer through St. Croix County and / or services from other county agencies.
An Intake Worker will gather the information required to help connect you to the appropriate services for your needs. Calls normally can last between ten to thirty minutes. Once the intake is complete, you will either be setup with an appointment or placed on a waiting list until the specific service(s) is available. An exception to this procedure will be for individuals who are at a significant risk of harm to self or to others.
