County Clerk
The County Clerk is a Constitutional Officer elected every four years by the voters of St. Croix County. The St. Croix County Clerk’s office has both statutory and non-statutory responsibilities.

- Work Permits - Minors Under the Age of 16- BEGINNING JULY 3, 2023, THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE WILL NO LONGER BE ISSUING WORK PERMITS. Parents must use the new application on the Equal Rights Division site at:

Appointments are required for Marriage Licenses and Passport Applications

- Applying for a Marriage License - application hours 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Domestic Partnership Termination
- Passports and Passport Photos. No appointment necessary for passport photo only.
- Timber Cutting Notices
- Dog License Information
