The County Clerk is a Constitutional Officer elected every four years by the voters of St. Croix County.  The St. Croix County Clerk’s office has both statutory and non-statutory responsibilities.

  • Applying for a Marriage License - application hours 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 
  • Domestic Partnership Termination
  • Passports and Passport Photos. No appointment necessary for passport photo only.
  • Timber Cutting Notices
  • Dog License Information
  • Work Permits
