In accordance with federal mandates and state requirements, St. Croix County Circuit Court and all its personnel shall provide free language assistance services to all Limited English Proficient (LEP) individuals who request such assistance. Members of the public shall be informed that language assistance services are available to qualified LEP individuals and that the circuit courts shall provide those services to them upon request.
