The Kitty Rhoades Memorial Memory Care Center is home to a Dementia Stabilization Unit that provides specialized, compassionate care for individuals with Alzheimer's and related dementias experiencing a high level of memory care needs. This facility is designed to enhance the quality of life through meaningful activities while promoting independence. Our warm, neighborly setting along with compassionate staff creates a calm and inviting environment giving our residents a sense of peace.

The Kitty Rhoades Memorial Memory Care Center is a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) licensed by the state of Wisconsin.

About Our Dementia Care Program

We understand that living with dementia can sometimes result in challenging behaviors due to confusion, frustration, or distress. Our team focuses on connecting with residents, understanding behaviors, and teaching effective solutions to caregivers. We work closely with residents and families, providing individualized care plans that address each person’s unique needs. Our goal is to create a transition period, providing stability and then supporting a move to the appropriate care setting, whether that’s back home or a less-intensive nursing care area.
