A public hearing on the Specialized Transportation Assistance Grant for Counties application for 2026 is scheduled on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 1 pm in rooms 171 & 172 at the St. Croix County Services Center at 1752 Dorset Lane, New Richmond, WI 54017.
The public hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving comment for St. Croix County’s proposed plan for spending the allocation of $208,320 with local match of $41,664 authorized under Section 85.21 of the Wisconsin Statutes to implement the Elderly and Disabled Transportation Program for Counties.
Projects include: Fare subsidy of the River Falls, Hudson and New Richmond Rideshare programs, Volunteer Driver New Freedom Transportation program and ADRC Specialized Van Transportation.
