The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) and St. Croix County Public Health are notifying the public of possible measles exposures at the following location and times:
- Location: Flying J Travel Center #470, 1191 70th Ave., Roberts, Wisconsin
- Date: August 4
- Time: 7:15 - 10 am
What to Do
- Check your immunization status.
- Watch for symptoms between August 14–25. Symptoms may include:
- Runny nose
- High fever (may be greater than 104 F)
- Tiredness
- Cough
- Red, watery eyes, or conjunctivitis (“pink eye”)
- A red rash with raised bumps that starts at the hairline and moves to the arms and legs three to five days after symptoms begin
- If you develop symptoms, stay home, contact public health, and call your doctor or clinic before going in so they can take precautions.
