This a recovery-oriented program for adults and children with a mental health illness and/or substance abuse disorder(s) that interfere with their daily activities.
What makes it different from all the other services is that this program is person-centered, personalized to the individuals wants and needs. It is self or family directed recovery program, based on hope and empowerment, focusing on strengths and outcomes, not symptoms or problems.
The recipient of this service will have access to supportive resources like jobs, housing, health, education, community agencies, and recreation. A treatment plan will be developed in partnership with professionals, supports and/or advocates. The goal is to enhance the recipients of this service in their personal journey to wellness and healing.
