Public Health provides immunizations for vaccine-preventable diseases including influenza and tuberculin skin tests. Appointments are needed to receive vaccinations and tuberculin skin tests. Call 715-246-8330 or email Patty Jackson to schedule your appointment.
Vaccinations have a $5.00 administration fee and tuberculin skin tests costs are $15 and $30.
2020-2021 Flu vaccine is available mid-October for person 6 months of age and older. The cost for adults is $35 per dose or High Dose flu vaccine is $40 per dose. Children 6 months to 18 years may need two doses.
Persons receiving tuberculin skin tests must be able to return within 48 to 72 hours to have the test read.
Reportable Communicable Diseases - Wisconsin Division of Health website provides communicable disease information. Public Health Nurses conduct investigations of communicable diseases that are considered reportable by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
