What can my workplace do to help prevent the spread of COVID-19?

We recommend that workplaces:

  • Follow St. Croix County Health's COVID-19 Guidance.
  • Follow six feet social distancing recommendations among employees and the public wherever possible.
  • Encourage frequent handwashing.
  • Frequently sanitize commonly touched surfaces.
  • Send employees home if they are sick.
  • Cooperate with Public Health’s disease investigation and contact tracing.

Finally, communicate with your employees about the importance of preventing the spread of COVID-19. If employees make high risk choices in their personal lives, that will increase the chance they could catch and spread the disease in the workplace.
