Pavement Replacement Project on County E

The St. Croix County Highway Department is conducting a virtual public involvement period until December 21, 2020 to collect feedback about a pavement replacement project on County E between 14th Street and County V in the town of St. Joseph. This public involvement period is to familiarize the residents with the purpose and need for the project and to obtain input on the proposed improvements.

About the Project

The existing pavement on County E is showing signs of deterioration and needs to be replaced. The roadway shoulders along County E and the County E and County V intersection need widening to meet current standards. The construction is currently scheduled to be completed in 2022. During construction, County E will be closed to through traffic between 14th Street and County V. A detour route will be provided. Access to the residences within the project area will be maintained.
