St. Croix County is part of the West Central Wisconsin Collaborative Planning Project led by the West Central Regional Planning Commission (WCWRPC) out of Eau Claire. The WCWRPC along with four counties and 21 local communities applied for and received a comprehensive planning grant to complete local, county and regional plans. In addition to assistance from the Regional Plan Commission, UW-Extension is assisting the County with the plan development.
The plan document is divided into two or more parts for each required element. Volume 1 contains the vision, goals, objectives and policies for each element with required minimum background data. Volume 2 contains all of the extensive population, demographics, policy, and data analysis required for each element.
