Treatment Court

The St. Croix County Treatment Court program is an intensive, multi-phased therapeutic specialty court for persons who are addicted to drugs and alcohol and are at substantial risk for re-offending or failing to complete a less intensive disposition, such as standard probation or pretrial supervision. Through intensive judicial monitoring, comprehensive treatment services, and strict accountability, the Treatment Court promotes public safety, reduces prison and jail populations, and reduces prosecution and incarceration costs while improving the welfare of participants, their families and the greater community.
